# Career Journal Club

Do you know you need to focus on professional development and career plans, but don’t even know where to start?
Do you have a list of workshops to attend and a pile of articles to read but lack the motivation to even begin?
Jim Gould and Lu-Ann Pozzi will facilitate a monthly 90 minute Journal Club on various career topics. Each month, we will concentrate on one issue to discuss. Topics will cover working from home, resume and CV development, giving scientific presentations, networking, leadership, and communication skills, to name a few.
Articles and other resources will be provided to introduce the concepts and give a basis for our discussion. The discussion will follow a Journal Club format, there is no formal presentation or slideshow.
