The DISC Personality Profile is an easy-to-use, effective tool to help strengthen communication on a team and in your lab. These concepts help depersonalize behaviors, minimize unnecessary conflicts and lead to a greater appreciation of various strengths of your workgroup and lab.
In this highly interactive and insightful training, you’ll learn:
- the framework for the 4 basic behavioral strengths
- how these strengths show up for you
- how to recognize DISC strengths in others
- how to adapt to different styles to decrease misunderstandings and miscommunications
Before the training, please take the [assessment](https://discpersonalitytesting.com/free-disc-test/) and bring your results with you.
*This session will be taught by Lisa Neale, who is a certified DISC trainer and has been using this tool for 20 years.*
