**Workshop Description:** Postdoctoral training is about more than your research - it’s an opportunity to develop your independence! What do you need to take your next step? What will your next step be? How will you gain the skills you need for success as a postdoc and beyond? Are you ready to envision the future and design your way forward?
Join us as we use a design thinking lens to craft a unique postdoctoral training plan that reflects your passions and goals, and paves the way to your career of choice. Together, we'll explore new perspectives, uncover your mentoring needs, and ensure your individual development plan is thoughtful and balanced.
