 ***This is part of our "Bioinformatics BootCamp for Postodocs" series.***

 **Workshop Description:** Attendees will have an opportunity to learn the following. Full genome sequence assembly Sequence, literature & BLAST searching, Phylogenetics, Primer design/Primer Management, in silico cloning and Gateway cloning, Variant (SNP) calling, RNA‐Seq Mapping and Expression Analysis

 The c3 Bioinformatics team, in conjunction with theHMS/HSDM Office for Postdoctoral Fellows, is offering 2019 Summer Bioinformatics Bootcamp. The hands-on workshops will be held between May and September.  
Bootcamp completion certificate is awarded for those who attend at least 70 % of the workshops.
