 The Seminar series aims at covering different career tracks for postdocs in life-science and biotech field where we are inviting professionals from different fields to join us for a lively discussion and Q&A with us.  
We are starting with academia as a career track for our series opener with Dr. Massilani who is a new faculty at Yale school of Medicine, Genetics Department.  
We will talk about how you can find your place in the 3% of PhDs who stay in academia to continue their passion in research, what mistakes to avoid, how to plan and prepare.
