Dr. Jim Mullen – Dr. Mullen’s practice combines his scientific experience with his legal training to craft commercially relevant solutions for his clients’ intellectual property challenges. He is the founder and head of the firm’s Antibody Patent Group and leads the San Diego office Patent Group.
Dr. Pesin-Fulop - Dr. Pesin-Fulop’s practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution, patent portfolio management, and patent due diligence for life science companies and universities in the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, immunology, cancer therapeutics, diagnostics, biofuels, and agricultural biotechnology. Dr. Pesin-Fulop also assists clients in technology transaction matters, including licenses and collaborations for development and commercialization relating to a wide array of life science technologies.
Dr. Casale – Dr. Casale’s practice focuses on the prosecution of U.S. and international patent applications in the areas of molecular biology, immunology, chemistry, neuroscience, and machine learning. She also has experience in conducting IP due diligence, including freedom to operate and patentability analyses.
