The course will help postdocs build foundational professional skills to launch them into their desired career pathway. Themes and topics explored include leadership, building and supervising a team, project management, applying teaching skills beyond the classroom, strategic communications, and preparing job application materials. Postdoc Academy will also be offering live discussions at different points in the course to engage and network with professionals from various fields, announced closer to the start of the course.
