**Workshop Description:** This workshop is designed to help researchers and scientists implement Scrum project management principles in their research and beyond. The first workshop will be a seminar-style session with information sharing and Q&A, while the second will be more interactive, allowing participants to build their own Scrum system.

This workshop will include:

- Description of project management fundamentals and how they connect to academic research
- Walkthrough of Scrum core principles and framework
- Interactive activities on setting up a Sprint schedule, creating a digital repository for Sprint information, building a Sprint and experiment backlog, and planning your first Sprint
