Millions of men and women around the world worry others will find out they’re not as intelligent, talented, or qualified as they “think” they are.  
Imposter syndrome left unchecked can lead to costly consequences not only for individuals but for their organizations. In this surprisingly upbeat session, you’ll discover what impostor syndrome is, where it comes from, and how it impacts organizations. You will learn practical, immediately usable tools to help manage to finally feel as bright and capable as you really are.  
**About the Speaker**: Dr. Valerie Young  
Dr. Young is an internationally-known expert on impostor syndrome and co-founder of Impostor Syndrome Institute.
