In this highly interactive and insightful training, you’ll learn:
\- the framework for the 4 basic behavioral strengths
\- how these strengths show up for you
\- how to recognize DISC strengths in others
\- how to adapt to different styles to decrease misunderstandings and miscommunications

Before the training, please take the [assessment](https://discpersonalitytesting.com/free-disc-test/) and bring your results with you.
*This session will be taught by Lisa Neale, who is a certified DISC trainer and has been using this tool for 20 years.* with the importance of human text and human oversight.
