Description: Feedback is one of the most important ways to improve productivity. Giving and receiving feedback, even constructive criticism, can be a struggle for a lot of people to hear and learn from. Most people prefer positively framed, helpful feedback, but others may prefer negative or corrective feedback. In this session, we will discuss how to use constructive feedback to our advantage to improve the quality of our work.
