**Workshop Description:** This talk provides insight on the job search process and what companies look for when evaluating talent. During the talk, Propel will discuss how organizations value hard and soft skills and how they look for these throughout the resume and cover letter review and interview process. This talk will also discuss how companies utilize resume databases and LinkedIn to identify talent and what key points they are looking for in a profile. Propel will provide tips throughout the talk for how candidates can stand-out from the crowd.
