Workshop Description: Most organizations are conducting interviews using virtual platforms such as skype, zoom, and webex during the COVID-19 pandemic and this trend will most likely continue well into 2021. This webinar will provide advice for how prepare for and navigate the virtual interview process. This webinar will highlight how to use these platforms effectively for the various interview rounds. Advice will be provided for how to perform background research and prepare tailored interview responses so that you can confidently answer interview questions asked by different people including an HR representative, a hiring manager, a direct colleague or a crossfunctional colleague. Advice will also be provided for how to conduct a presentation virtually. Lastly, this webinar will cover questions to ask during the interview process including questions around timing and processes that may have been affected by COVID.
