This seminar lays out tools and strategies for choosing the right research environment to thrive as a postdoc as well as planning, and executing, a successful postdoc tenure. This workshop will cover what you need know, and do, to efficiently advance in your early research career via an effective use of your individual development plan (IDP).<br><strong>(<a href="/file_url/135">MAP</a>)</strong></p><p>	<em>This training will repeat bi-monthly on these dates: February 8, April 19, June 14, August 16, and December 13.</em><br></p>
