DESCRIPTION:<p>	<strong>Course description:</strong> The Career Pathways for Basic Scientists Interested in C/T Research session offers basic scientists an overview of the diverse career options in C/T research. This four hour session will offer an opportunity for participants to hear a keynote expert describe a successful career trajectory and to present questions to a diverse panel of PhD experts about their C/T research career choices.</p><p>	<em>Session goals ensure that participants will:</em> 1. Understand the spectrum of clinical/translational research (T1-T4). 2. Understand career options within C/T research for basic scientists.</p><p>	<em>Target audience: </em>This panel session is designed for PhDs and PhD candidates interested in C/T research.
