Participants will:<br>- Discuss previous teaching experiences and career goals related to teaching.<br>- Brainstorm and analyze knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to secure a position and thrive as a faculty member in a teaching-centered institution.<br>- Create an action plan for their own professional development.<br>Participants will also learn about a variety of professional development opportunities to help them meet their teaching career preparation goals, including a four-day August Teaching Institute at Simmons University.
