This session will be useful for any researcher who wants to investigate miRNA's in detail. Topics covered include basic techniques for miRNA isolation, expression profiling and validation, as well as their functional analysis in mammalian cells.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p style="text-align:start;-webkit-text-stroke-width:0px">	<span><span style='Neue",Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif'><span style="line-height:1.6em"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-style:normal"><span style="font-variant-ligatures:normal"><span style="font-variant-caps:normal"><span style="font-weight:400"><span style="letter-spacing:normal"><span style="orphans:2"><span style="text-transform:none"><span style="white-space:normal"><span style="widows:2"><span style="word-spacing:0px"><span style="text-decoration-style:initial"><span style="text-decoration-color:initial">The c3 Bioinformatics team, in conjunction with the HMS/HSDM Office for Postdoctoral Fellows, is offering 2019 Summer Bioinformatics Bootcamp.  The hands-on workshops will be held June through August, 2019.<br>Workshop dates and regisration will begin opening up in May, three workshops will be listed at any one time.<br>Bootcamp completion certificate is awarded for those who attend at least 70% of the workshops.<br><br><em>These workshops are restricted to HMS/HSDM Quad-based postdocs.
