DESCRIPTION:<strong><a data-url="https://mentoring-series-12-10-20.eventbrite.com" href="https://mentoring-series-12-10-20.eventbrite.com" target="_blank" title="">REGISTER</a></strong><br><strong>Workshop Description: </strong>By the end of the session participants will be able to 1) discuss and define intrinsic and extrinsic motivation; 2) recognize the importance of motivation-focused mentorship; and 3) engage in conversations on how to utilize the CARES model &amp; other strategies to foster motivation among mentees.<br><strong>Series</strong> <strong>Description:</strong> The DF/HCC CURE and UMass Boston U54 REC Programs will be hosting a series of workshops focused on mentorship development and shared practice for current, past and prospective mentors. This is a six-part workshop series, running Nov. 2020-May 2021.
