Her medical and research background are in endocrinology and developmental biology, with an interest in male infertility and reproductive medicine. She has extensive experience in basic and clinical research, directing grant programs, and higher education. Interestingly, she is also a four-day Jeopardy! winner and Tournament of Champions semifinalist.
