DESCRIPTION:<s><strong>REGISTER</strong></s><br><strong>Featuring</strong>:  Lisa Neale, Harvard Ombuds and DISC trainer<br><strong>Workshop Description</strong>:  Before the training, please take the <a href="https://discpersonalitytesting.com/free-disc-test/" target="_blank" title="">assessment</a> and bring your results with you.<br>The DISC Personality Profile is an easy-to-use, effective tool to help strengthen communication on a team and in your lab.  These concepts help depersonalize behaviors, minimize unnecessary conflicts and lead to a greater appreciation of various strengths of your workgroup and lab.<br>In this highly interactive and insightful training, you’ll learn:<br>- the framework for the 4 basic behavioral strengths<br>- how these strengths show up for you  <br>- how to recognize DISC strengths in others<br>- how to adapt to different styles to decrease misunderstandings and miscommunications<br>Before the training, please take the <a href="https://discpersonalitytesting.com/free-disc-test/" target="_blank" title="">assessment</a> and bring your results with you.<br><em>This session will be taught by Lisa Neale, who is a certified DISC trainer and has been using this tool for 20 years.</em>
