The HMS/HSDM Office for Postdoctoral Fellows, along with the Office for Diversity Inclusion and Community Partnership, are holding a Virtual Postdoctoral Recruitment Program (PRP) for select PhD, MD, or MD/PhD students who are nearing the completion of – or who have recently completed – their studies and are considering a postdoctoral position in biomedical sciences as the next stage in their career development. The program will allow participants to establish networking connections, as well as participate in career and professional development workshops. Those selected will gain insight about research opportunities at HMS and connect with current faculty of interest who may have a postdoctoral fellowship position available in an appropriate 0-18 month timeframe.

BENEFITS
This virtual event will allow students to meet with, and present their work to, potential mentors in their fields of research who either have, or anticipate having, positions in their labs in the near future. Fellows will also have the opportunity to participate in career and professional development workshops.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Late stage* students in MD, MD/PhD, or PhD (or equivalent) programs OR those who have recently completed their degrees (*approximately 0-18 months from expected graduation)
