WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: Postdocs find themselves in a highly diverse and competitive research landscape. To successfully navigate their career paths, transferable skills in the areas of communication, (self)-organization, and interpersonal relationships are essential. We believe that these skills can be acquired and, furthermore, developed. This curriculum will enable postdocs to productively deal with challenges related to the interpersonal aspects of doing science. Workshop flier attached here

WORKSHOP LED BY hfp consulting: hfp consulting provides professional development workshops exclusively for the scientific community. Their mission is to help scientists grow and succeed by working with them to develop leadership and management skills, by fostering personal development, as well as by strengthening interpersonal competencies and communication skills.

ELIGIBILITY: This program will be limited to 30-35 postdocs. Preference will be given to Quad-based HMS/HSDM postdocs that are going or are already on the job market. We plan to run this program annually and you may re-apply again in the future if you are not selected. Please contact the Postdoc Office if you are uncertain of your eligibility.
