Goals of the Workshop:
• Lead without being in charge
• Communicate well
• Collaborate effectively
• Understand conflict drivers and dynamics
• Set priorities and manage their time
• Build a peer support group
WORKSHOP LED BY hfp consulting: hfp consulting provides professional development workshops exclusively for the scientific community. Their mission is to help scientists grow and succeed by working with them to develop leadership and management skills, by fostering personal development, as well as by strengthening interpersonal competencies and communication skills.
ELIGIBILITY: This program will be limited to 40 postdocs. Preference will be given to Quad-based HMS/HSDM postdocs that are going or are already on the job market. We plan to run this program annually and you may re-apply again in the future if you are not selected. Please contact the Postdoc Office if you are uncertain of your eligibility.
