The DISC Personality Profile is an easy-to-use, effective tool to help strengthen communication on a team and in your lab.  These concepts help depersonalize behaviors, minimize unnecessary conflicts and lead to a greater appreciation of various strengths of your workgroup and lab.
In this highly interactive and insightful training, you’ll learn:
- the framework for the 4 basic behavioral strengths
- how these strengths show up for you
- how to recognize DISC strengths in others
- how to adapt to different styles to decrease misunderstandings and miscommunications
Before the training, please take the assessment and bring your results with you.
This session will be taught by Lisa Neale, who is a certified DISC trainer and has been using this tool for 20 years.
