Workshop Description: In this session participants will have the opportunity to:
●    Identify communication styles and highlight corresponding strengths within each.
●    Discuss strategies for improving effective communication among mentor and mentee.
●    Consider approaches to providing open and constructive feedback between mentor & mentee.

Series Description: The DF/HCC CURE and UMass Boston U54 REC Programs will be hosting a series of workshops focused on mentorship development and shared practice for current, past and prospective mentors. This is a six-part workshop series, running Nov. 2020-May 2021. We encourage you to attend all workshops in this series.
This series is co-sponsored by the HMS/HSDM Office for Postdoctoral Fellows.
