  This seminar covers the various responsibilities in addition to benchwork, needed to run a successful lab. These include managing and initiating collaborations, hiring, leading and training people, managing budgets, identifying funding, setting the culture of the lab, managing resources effectively and other topics. This seminar will discuss how to build these skills during research training to help ensure success in a PI role.
