Workshop Description: This workshop led by Jordan Kreidberg, MD, PhD is designed to present strategies, tips, and practical guidance for fellows for their job search as well as tips for interviewing technicians and research assistants.
Topic Covered Include:
- Long-term preparation for and initiating a faculty job search
- How to approach a job interview visit for a faculty position
- How to negotiate a faculty position
Speaker: Jordan Kreidberg is Director of the Office of Fellowship Training at Boston Children's Hospital and Professor of Surgery, Harvard Medical School. He received his M.D. and Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Children's Hospital Boston and a postdoctoral fellowship at the Whitehead Institute.
