Harvard Catalyst’s longitudinal program, Career Catalyst (formally the Mentee-Mentor Matching Program) is now accepting applications. Career Catalyst is a strategic, one-year mentoring program for early-career researchers. Through bi-monthly meetings with a mentor and peers, program-wide events, and a comprehensive monthly curriculum, participants become empowered and learn critical skills for career development. The program stresses the importance of establishing successful relationships to promote personal and professional satisfaction.
