The goals of this session are:
- To create a supportive space for participants to deepen their awareness of their values, identify and articulate their transferable skills, and channel their passion to find meaningful careers.
- To help participants focus their career exploration and job search strategies, clarify sector, role, work environment, and lifestyle that align with their values, skills, priority and interests.
- To help participants develop confidence in their skills and abilities to pursue STEM careers.
