May 9 Description:
In this session, we will discuss the community cultural wealth (CCW) framework and how it can be used to enhance the mentoring relationship from a culturally responsive lens.

Series Description:  The Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center and UMass Boston Research Education Core Program, in collaboration with the HMS/HSDM Office of Postdoctoral Fellows, are offering a series of mentor training workshops focused on mentorship development and shared practice for current, past, and prospective mentors. Emphasis will be placed on exploring your mentoring style, inclusive mentorship practices, and providing guidance to junior mentees (such as undergraduates). All sessions run from 12:00-1:00pm
Please note: the Mentor Training Series workshops are highly interactive and engaging. Please be prepared to participate in the discussions and turn your cameras on when possible
