Few things are as unfamiliar or potentially uncomfortable to most of us as negotiating salary. In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll learn some concepts and skills that you can use right away to help you maximize your negotiation outcomes. In addition to discussing the steps to preparing for a successful negotiation, we’ll do some hands-on learning using simple exercises that demonstrate how gender and culture impact negotiation. You will hopefully come away feeling positive and understanding the proper way to be your own best advocate for your first - or next - salary negotiation in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. 

Leading the workshop will be Israela Brill-Cass, Esq., CFO of fixerrr and a conflict and negotiation professional with over 20 years of experience ranging from representing clients in negotiation to teaching conflict and negotiation for such organizations as Emerson College, Tufts Women in Medicine and Science, MIT, Arabella Advisors and the Massachusetts Trial Court.
